Joint MSPAS/MPH Program

Welcome to the Joint MSPAS/MPH Program at Touro University California

As part of our efforts to improve your overall orientation experience, please note that we are constantly updating our page with new information you need to know for Fall 2026, so please visit again for updates soon.

On behalf of the faculty and staff, congratulations and welcome to the Touro University California (TUC) Joint MSPAS/MPH Program! You are about to embark on a challenging and innovative journey towards a rewarding career as a Physician Assistant (PA) and Public Health (PH) Practitioner.

Classes will consist of a hybrid combination of online synchronous lectures or discussions, asynchronous (pre-recorded or self-study) modules and in-person instruction.

Soon you will have access to Canvas. Canvas is the learning management system used by TUC. In addition to all of your course work, the Joint MSPAS/MPH Program also utilizes Canvas to convey General Program Information. During Orientation, you will receive training on how to navigate Canvas.

Joint MSPAS/MPH Program Orientation: Wednesday,  July 29th, Thursday, July 30th & Friday, July 31st, 2026.

As a reminder, you are enrolled in two programs, PA Studies and Public Health, and are required to attend an Orientation for both.

We are looking forward to meeting with you at the PA Orientation on Thursday, July 30th, in person! The PH Orientation will be held on Friday, July 31st. Once you finish this module, you will be directed to view that information as well.
