SRFC Leadership Team

Our Medical Director & Faculty Representatives

Meet some of the faculty responsible for the smooth operations behind SRFC.

Dr. Lucinda Chan, PharmD

Faculty Representative

I am the Assistant Dean for Experiential Education and Chair of Track 5. I’ve been a pharmacist for 38 years. I completed a Clinical Residency at Holy Cross Hospital in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl and then started my clinical pharmacy career at California Pacific Medical Center where I specialized in Critical Care, Nutrition Support and Pediatrics. I then continued my career in Healthcare Informatics, Home infusion, and Managed care. I have been at Touro for 12 years. SRFC is a wonderful opportunity for all the colleges to work together in an interprofessional manner and I thoroughly enjoy working with all the students and understanding their point of view.

Melissa G. Pearce, D.O.

Medical Director since 2012

I was born in New York City, but I consider myself a California girl. I am a TUC COM alumna, faculty since 2011.

Working with students to fulfill projects and service about which they are passionate is very rewarding.

Gail Feinberg, DO, M. Ed., FACOFP

Faculty Representative

Originally from Los Angeles, I went to UCLA then COMP (Now Western University) for medical training. After Residency, I started working at a federally qualified health center and eventually became the medical director. Eventually a residency was started in the local hospital where I served as Program Director and Director of Medical Education as well as a Regional Assistant Dean for WVSOM prior to moving back to California as a Professor and Chair of the Primary Care Department at COM. For the past 5 years, I have served as Medical Director of SRFC, and now continue to be a volunteer preceptor and control of finances/purchasing for the clinic.
