Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), also known as physiatry, is a specialized branch of medicine that emphasizes the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of individuals with physical disabilities. The goal of our club is to not only increase awareness but to support those who are interested in pursing this wonderful branch of medicine.
We are a student run chapter fully supported by the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AOCPMR). We strive to provide opportunities for interested medical students to enhance their knowledge of PM&R by engaging with physicians, residents, and other students, as well as through mentorship, research, and annual conferences.
