Our Mission

-To improve the quality of healthcare for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities.

-To promote and improve interprofessional activities among members.

-To serve the community by participating in community forums and fairs to educate the public about health and education related to neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disabilities.

-To provide education and training to medical students with the aim of addressing gaps in medical education regarding serving patients with developmental disabilities in order to promote structural competency.

-To raise community awareness about health stigmas and disparities in the developmental disabilities population, especially in Vallejo/Solano County.
