Here at the Graduate School of Education, we are dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    We are fully committed to ensuring your success as you pursue your academic career. Our education programs prepare students to meet the needs of diverse populations through equitable and just practices that address the future of innovation in education. Our Ed.D. in Leading Innovative Diverse Organizations will allow students to learn to lead innovation and systemic change. The M.A. in Equity, Diversity and Inclusive Education serves as an effective forum for exploring the ideas, experiences, and issues encountered by youth stakeholders. The M.Ed. in Educational Leadership is a one-year program based on the Administrative Services Credential preparation program. The M.Ed. in Innovative Learning allows you to reimagine learning through innovative uses of digital media and technology. The M.A. in Teaching Mathematics will help you to learn to design and implement dynamic learning experiences that cater to the broad spectrum of understanding and performance levels in mathematics. Our credential programs are flexible, affordable, and focused on real-world fieldwork. Lastly, our education digital badges are for mentor teachers to gain skills required by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) or anyone looking to increase their exposure and knowledge of specific education topics.

Education Specialist Credential

The special education credential allows you to teach special education students - either mild/moderate or moderate/severe- in a special day classroom, full inclusion, resource, home hospital, and mainstream. Learn more.

Administrative Services Credential

The administrative credential allows you to lead pre-K to adult education programs in a variety of educational settings. This program focuses on preparing leaders for the future of education. Touro offers a preliminary and clear induction administrative services credential. Learn more.

Multiple & Single Subject Credential

The multiple subject credential allows you to teach in elementary schools in California. The single subject credential allows you to work in middle schools, and high schools in California. This program develops knowledge and skills in teaching. Learn more.
